  • A possible serious side effect is an abnormality on your electrocardiogram, or EKG. Your doctor will check your blood electrolytes and EKG.
  • The most common side effects of ZOLINZA include stomach problems, such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, and weight loss; tiredness; taste changes; muscle aches; and hair loss.
