Merck & Co., Inc., knows that healthcare reimbursement sometimes can make it difficult to access the medications that patients need. To ease the process, we have created the ACT program to help patients who have been prescribed ZOLINZA, as well as their caregivers.

ACT is a 3-part program specifically designed to help patients who have been prescribed ZOLINZA.
Because ZOLINZA will not be stocked routinely at pharmacies, the ACT program will arrange to have ZOLINZA delivered to a patient's preferred pharmacy.
This is a free program that helps patients and healthcare providers answer questions related to insurance coverage for ZOLINZA.
Merck will provide ZOLINZA free of charge to eligible patients. Eligible patients must complete the Patient Assistance Program enrollment form and send it and the prescription for ZOLINZA to the ACT program.
