Proven Efficacy With a
Durable Response
Median Response Duration Was Not Reached
- Duration of response: Measured from the time when an objective response was first documented to the time when the SWAT score increased by more than 50% of the difference between the baseline SWAT score and the best SWAT score (nadir). Confirmed by a second assessment at 1 to 4 weeks later, if possible.
- When end of response was defined as a 50% increase in SWAT score from the nadir, the estimated median response duration was approximately 5.6 months or 168 days (range: 34–329 days).
