Time to Progression

Half of All Patients (37/74) Had Not Met Progression Criteria at Time of Analysis

  • Time to progression was measured from the time treatment began to the time the criteria for progression were first met.
  • When tumor progression was defined as a ≥25% increase in SWAT score from baseline, the estimated median time to progression in the overall patient population was 148 days (range: 1–470+ days).
  • When tumor progression was defined as a ≥25% increase in SWAT score from the nadir, the estimated median time to progression in the overall patient population was 148 days (range: 1–380 days).

  • Hyperglycemia has been observed. Monitor serum glucose, especially in diabetic or potentially diabetic patients. Adjustment of diet, therapy for increased glucose, or both may be necessary to prevent hyperglycemia.
